Kim and Katie met a few years ago at a West London studio when Katie started coming to Kim’s classes. After bonding over their love for health and fitness, Kim became a sounding board for Katie when she was making the transition from corporate world to setting up as a self-employed Personal Trainer - something Katie is forever grateful to Kim for.
From here their love for functional training, yoga and brunches lead to a blossoming friendship and it was during one of their weekly catch-ups that Fit & Flow was naturally born. With their mix of skill sets and experience in the industry they have a wealth of training and guidance to offer - whilst both being recognised for their positive, caring and friendly approach to clients.
International model, personal trainer, yoga teacher, travel and wellness blogger. Kim teaches both HIIT and Yoga classes in Londons' premium fitness boutiques. Kim has recently launched her own concept “Tone & OM” - a fusion of both disciplines. She has always been super sporty from a young age but nowadays her training mostly revolves around Rock Climbing, Surfing, Yoga, Running and Strength and Conditioning.
Her ethos is “Tone What You Own” which stems from the belief that everyone, no matter what shape or size, has the ability to tone what they own and be the best version of themselves.

Katie is a personal trainer and pilates instructor based in London. She also teaches HIIT at luxury studios.
Having come from a corporate background herself, she fully understands the demands of a busy desk-bound working week, juggling meetings, socialising, family and friends - all whilst trying to remain healthy.
Her mission is to make health and fitness enjoyable, a daily habit and help people feel amazing and confident within themselves!
